The Ministry of Public Enterprises requires high standard on specialized skills to carry out the mandate. Emphasis has always been placed on ensuring that the organizational structure is adequately resourced to deliver on the organization key focus area and output.<\/p>

The Minister provides overall leadership while the CEO provides overall management. Each Deputy CEO manages a division (with its associated sub-program) reporting to the CEO who reports to the Minister.<\/p>
