Siaosi \u2018Ofa ki Vahafolau Sovaleni, along with participation from senior officers of the Ministry of Public Enterprises. This meeting served as a platform to review performance, governance, and strategic priorities.<\/p><p>During the meeting, Deputy Chairman Mr. Michael A. Bloomfield delivered a presentation highlighting PAT&#8217;s achievements, challenges, and opportunities. He emphasized that PAT continues to adapt and innovate to meet Tonga\u2019s development needs, aligning its operations with national objectives.<\/p><p>The financial results were shared, showing that PAT achieved a Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) of TOP $730,154, reflecting operational resilience. Of this profit, 75% was declared as a dividend and paid to the Government of Tonga, reinforcing PAT\u2019s role in supporting national revenue.<\/p><p>The AGM formally adopted the Annual Report and audited financial statements, underscoring the importance of transparency and accountability.
