The Board and management of Tonga Power Limited (TPL) successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2024/2025 on Wednesday, 1 April 2026, at TPL's Board Room in Matatoa, chaired by the Honourable Minister of Public Enterprises, Hon. Siaosi Ofa ki Vahafolau Sovaleni. The Chairman of the Board, Mr Tsutomu Nakao, delivered the welcoming remarks and outlined the agenda.
