The Ministry of Public Enterprises is responsible for all regulatory matters as well as providing administration services on behalf of the stakeholder in relation public enterprises under the direction and control of the Ministry. The Ministry also provides financial, commercial, and legal and public policy analysis or such other device to the Ministry on any matter related to the exercise of the Minister’s rights and powers under the Public Enterprise Act (PE Act), the operation, performance and governance of public enterprises.

OUR DIVISIONS

CORPORATE SERVICE
This division (CSD) developed and maintained efficient and effective services to support the Ministry’s essential services.
MONITORING AND COMPLIANCE
This division (MCD) monitors the financial performance of PEs and enforces compliance of PEs with the reporting requirements of the PE Act. 
RATIONALIZATION & SPECIAL PROJECTS 
This division (RSPD) attends to the Ministry’s activities to wind up or corporatize PEs, also any special projects assigned to the Ministry.
LEGAL AND POLICY

This division (LPD) enhanced and enforced policy and legislation for effective control and monitor of Public Enterprises.
